Burt Wallack is a Nasty Prick!! – Burt Wallack is without a doubt one of the most arrogant individuals ever to walk the face of the earth. Not only is he a rude, nasty prick, but he treats shareholders in the buildings he manages as if they are tenants in a building he owns. He seems to forget that he is an employee of the shareholders that pay him. He's a complete rip-off artist & goes out of his way to make things as difficult as possible for shareholders. Avoid this business at all costs!!
