My condo building has worked with Wallack Management for several years, and I’ve been very impressed with how responsive and well-run they are. They respond quickly to both emails and phone calls. Everything has operated smoothly under their management, including owner communications, notices, new member voting, general information, and common charges. I also really appreciate the convenience of being able to pay online through ClickPay rather than mailing paper checks.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wallack Management. My company was explicitly told that we could not conduct business without insurance, so we went ahead and obtained coverage to comply with their requirements. However, after our contract ended, I discovered that my employees were still working under another party—without insurance. I have been trying for MONTHS to get in contact with Wallack and their property the apartments at st Richard’s. We have filled out an application, paid a background check fee, but the only communication I’ve ever received is an auto email reply. Phone messages always go unanswered. I believe they are discriminating against my sister (the applicant) as well as the many other people who have left similar comments.
