This company does not stand behind its installers that it contracts with. Horrible installation. Huge gaps. I think they intentionally waited longer than 90 days for install so we couldn't dispute with credit card company. Would NEVER recommend. Bought stove in August and they continued to push back install until November. In January it's still not done right and the store won't help at all. They try and money every time I ask them to do something that wasn't done the first time.

My fireplace hasn't worked since I bought my house in 2020. I had several calls and emails with Eric to identify the model and then booked an appointment. He was clear on the service fee and possible additional charges depending on the issue(s). Kevin arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and had the replacement control board needed for older model on hand. He was efficient and personable. We have a working fireplace now! Great service and people - would recommend!

I called Wallace stoves and asked about a part for my fireplace, they said they had it in stock so I drove down there and picked up the part only to find out it was the wrong part. I went back down there and talked to the guy behind the parts counter. He went into the back for about 10 minutes and came out saying they didn't have the one I needed but would order it and it would be here in 1-2 weeks.
