People are crooks. Buddy dropped car off 3 months ago, kept saying they were working on it, almost ready. Buddy goes to get it today and a guy that works there just got fired and stole the car. CROOKS
After failing my state inspection and being told by Jiffy Lube that it was an electrical problem, the experts at Wallace were able to just show me the bulbs and the holders needed to be replaced. Fast, easy, and to the point. Life savers. Thanks to Wayne for being so friendly and helpful!
If you care about your vehicle, time, or the law - don’t go here. Upon picking up my car there were clear signs my car had been lived in, smoked in, and alcohol was consumed in the vehicle. They also misdiagnosed my electrical concern, but that was the least of what happened here. This was not just an out of the ordinarily poorly run auto shop. Their reputation precedes them, I have only heard good things about their service and professional service
I took my car about a month ago, and when I first talk to them, they said it was $150 for diagnostics. Well, I ended up paying almost $300 for nothing. The diagnosis they gave me was erroneous for what my car really needed. I am sure they are good, but they wanted to change $700+ for something that wasn’t going to fix the issue.
