YES!!! Awesome service, AMAZING guys! **IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS** My car wouldn't start (I happened to be at Food Lion, right across the parking lot), and I walked over to Wallace's. They actually seemed to care (I don't know my guy's name, but he was an angel!!!). Went over to my car across the lot, found the issue immediately, and fixed it on the spot. They saved me hundreds of dollars out of the goodness of their hearts! AND, apparently they are the only auto electric place in the south—GO TO THEM!! they are so wonder... read more
Had a great experience today! Lester the owner was so kind. He actually drove me home so I wouldn’t have to wait while they repaired my car. Also the mechanic was very fast and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for the help. Highly recommend.
Zero Star Making an appointment from the website and submitting but they said that doesn't work. Three days working to set up the electric parking brake, only the rear brake pd replacement, and oil change. Also, they mentioned that we do the engine diagnosis but they aren't able to do that. They charged me $300 for an oil change, rear brake pad(I gave them my own brake pads) and set up the parking brake.
Hello everyone, I would never recommend this place to anyone! I took my truck to this place at 8am in the morning, to get my passenger seat checked because it would not go forward and backwards. I spoke with these guys a month prior and made an appointment for 10-29-25. At noon on my lunch break I rode through the shop and noticed my truck was still parked where I left it, so caked back around 2 pm to get an update ( no response the phone said leave a message.
