I consider myself to be a fairly gracious person, but there's a certain standard of professionalism that one tends to subconsciously expect from certain businesses. After years of essentially being belittled and made to feel-for lack of a better substitute- stupid, I switched optometrists and the issue was resolved within mere weeks. Leaving one star for Julie, who helped me learn to put contacts in. Thanks Julie
I am most disappointed in the services of this office. I went in mid-February 2024 because I was having trouble reading fine print. I ordered new lenses and frames. Today, November 18, 2024 I have completed my association with this office. Nine months later and my problem is not resolved. When I complained to Dr. D. J Acanne that I still could not read fine print his response was neither could he. I can not recommend this office.

When you call for an appointment in March and they won't schedule you until July, it's clearly time for a new doctor. What a waste.
