Worst front desk/ registration. 05/15/2024 Wallace Couch location. Rolled their eyes at me. Ironically talking to me. " Because we are not the ones cleaning the teeth, the doctors are right" Checked me in, then 3mins later told me it won't be able to have the service. I called in advance to state that I was going to be late. They said I had 15 mins after the appointment time. So I continued my way to the clinic. I've been to rotten dentists before and so far this has been a wonderful experience for me... I hope it continues because my smile is important to me. I just wished appts weren't so far apart but other than that the dentists are fabuloso

Went there last year had a deep cavity near the root. They filled over it and I had to have emergency dental surgery to remove the tooth.
Absolutely 💯 % unacceptable! I had a good friend of mine bring his partner in for an emergency at 11am and they get there and you told them to come back after your lunch break! Are you kidding me! This was unacceptable and then when my friends got back you had them waiting for hours. Totally unacceptable in every way
