I just traded in my Subaru Forester for an XC60 and have to give a huge shoutout to Aaron for making the whole thing surprisingly pain-free. He was patient with me (I asked a LOT of questions), wasn't pushy, and was just really kind the whole way through. Everything moved quickly too, I wasn't sitting around all day. Actually, everyone I dealt with, from sales to service, was friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in the market for a Volvo, go find Aaron. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Service writer is very rude and harsh. Did nothing but talked down to my wife the whole time she was there. I'd suggest finding a proper service writer that actually wants to talk to people and not just belittle them. Only reason the review got 2 stars is because of the vehicle is wonderful and all service besides her is great. Pretty rotten egg you got there.
