I hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately I had a bad experience with Wallace Volvo. Today was quite the amazing day. I finally got the car of my dreams. Aaron the sales person was very patient as i took my time looking for a car. Just like goldilocks I tried every model in the volvo family and found one that was just right. Steve the finance guy was a delight with his since of humor. I was shopping for a car and found a 2023 Ford Explorer at Wallace Volvo. I called the dealer and sales rep Aaron Amador took the time to FaceTime me and walk all around the car showing me the car inside and out. We agreed on a price and I drove the 4 hours to buy the car. The car was clean, full of gas and ready to go!! No hassle what so ever!! Aaron was a pleasure to work with, easiest car I ever bought!
