Frank Frank was amazing in delivering car and explaining everything. I highly recommend him and Wallace.
Guys I was shocked for the service in Wallace Volvo, make feel like home. Francisco keep doing the great job 👍👏🥰The manager 🙏, the finance guy this one make me laugh sooo much, I told him I will come back for another Volvo 😂😂😂. Thank you all for your help, I’m happy with my Volvo. The Lord Jesus Christ continues to bless you all, Amen.
I had a great experience buying my car thanks to Francisco, Cisco, and Steve. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
My wife and I had an excellent, positive, and superior experience today getting a new car! Steve and Sharon worked hard to make this easy for us and met our needs in a professional and courteous manner. Steve has immense knowledge and experience that greatly benefits the customer in every way. Sharon worked so hard, in so many ways, every moment to help us. This was the best customer service ever! These people here really know what they are doing!
Had an absolutely seamless experience leasing my new Volvo XC60 from Wallace Volvo Cars! Frank Tavarez and Chris Smith (the Manager) were incredibly helpful and transparent about the lease terms from start to finish. They were very professional and accommodating. The entire process was efficient, upfront, and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Frank if you want a smooth car-buying experience.
