We stopped in to Volkswagen today a drive and Atlas on a whim. Brandon Devero was our sales person. He was great and made it a very smooth car buying experience. I highly recommend him and Ron Vance from this dealership. It was such a great place to buy a car! Go see Brandon and Ron!

The sales manager, Ron Vance, was very transparent with pricing and did not upsell like other dealerships. Thank you Brian and Ron for a hassle free, pleasant experience.
I stopped by Wallace of Bristol not knowing it was near closing time to check out some of their used cars. I spoke with Adam Kriner. He was very knowledgeable and I never felt rushed even though it was close to closing time. If you are looking for a Non Pushy Car sales person go see Adam Kristner.
A wonderful buying experience (from someone who thinks car shopping is a nightmare)! I’ve been to several dealerships in the last few weeks and no one has been as attentive and honest as Brian Long. He and the service manager, Ron, have been extremely helpful in this experience. If you want a true southern hospitality experience, it’s worth a stop!
