My trailer had a broken hinge. They tracked down the matching hinge and replaced it quickly at a fair price. The new welds look way better than the factory welds. I would 100% come back for work in the future.
Called up Jeremy cuz I was having problems with my brakes up front. He was straight up honest and said they could look at him and they would adjust them if they could but if they needed work. Unfortunately they were pretty busy, so that was good for me because I just wanted to find out what the issue is. I pulled in. They crawled under it. Found the issue adjusted them. Had them fixed in like 15-20 minutes at no charge. What great customer service and I would recommend these guys anytime. Thank you so much! Jeremy
From the moment I called and spoke to Theresa & Javan it was a wonderful experience. Professional, friendly and courteous throughout my entire transaction. The technicians were very friendly as well as they guided me to where I needed to go and they repaired a roof leak on a trailer for me exceptionally well ! I will say this, I won’t be going anywhere else for my repairs in Oregon because Wallace Truck & Trailer made me feel like family! Thank you all for your Excellent Service!
It is been 5 days since I called to get an estimate for fixing the trailer floor. He promised me to send by the next day and every time I call he postpone it to the next day.
Javan and his team members are super friendly and knowledgeable, plus very honest charges. Highly recommend them!
