Tasha is a great manager- clean well located property
Nice building, good location, great staff.
My star rating is for the Tasha Intriere,the realtor who showed me the property,she is the absolute sweetest,very friendly and honest spirit.The place I viewed (1bdrm)was completely renovated,all new everything,very nice,unfortunately no bathtub,but ideal if you're all about showers.The 2bdrm 2bth is a dream if you're looking for clean and the kitchen is beautiful.I can't attest to the neighborhood or overall management and maintenance because obviously not a current tenant,and I haven't committed to applying,but Ms tasha wi... read more
I toured the apartment for the 2 bedroom and 2 bath. The aesthetic of it was nice, the kitchen was practically brand new, the stove and refrigerator. The bedrooms were small and the bathroom interior was also nice but everything was DIRTY. When I walked in there we're wood chips, dirt, and dead roaches all over the floor. The bathroom tub paint was chipping and any door damage was just painted over. The neighborhood did not feel safe so choose at your own discretion.
