Unprofessional service center. We were given incorrect information about a needed repair by our “advisor”. We asked at the time if she had confused our vehicle with another and she never answered. Second check at another shop confirmed no such issue. Reviewing the printed report provided by Wallace, we noticed it makes no note of the issue. We have reached out two times to management and had no response. Curious now if they are complacent and interested in knowing if others have encountered similar experiences here too.
Last week my wife Patty and I bought a new car at Wallace Subaru of Johnson City. The entire process was great due to Holly McIntyre. She was knowledgeable, personable and very helpful. We were treated fairly and with respect. The manager Travis was very nice and the whole process was pleasurable. Would highly recommend this dealership.

I received a letter in the mail from an “Abby” at this dealership. In shortened terms, the letter states they are interested in my current car and are willing to pay “higher than market price” for said car. Interested, I decided to go in. I never once spoke to an Abby. I drove an hour and half, and after “a lot of work”, they did decide to give me over market price for my trade in.
