Service technician (Sean)was one of the most professional People I’ve ever had out for a service call Very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I’ve been using Wallace for over 25 years and always gotten great services at very reasonable prices
We used Wallace for irrigation issues. Our previously installed system was in need of repair and we are very happy with the work they performed. Pat came out and did the estimate in a timely manner and Stanley and Chris completed the work. Stanley kept us updated on the progress and though we were out of town, they were able to complete the work in our absence. This complete sprinkler system rebuild went great. All personnel were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations to make the system right. Special thanks to Steve Meyer, Jeff, Peyton, Sean(sp?), and Pat for their professionalism and pleasant personalities.
Very professional. Right on time, did the job quickly and well. Would be happy to use Stan again anytime.
