Wallace Springs is a lovely community with amenities located in Statesville, yet close to everything! The shining star of this community has to be Yolanda Burney. She works at the model and knows every, single detail about every single home. You can tell she loves what she does and she loves Dr Horton. She went out of her way to find just the right home for my buyers. I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my home almost a year ago with Yolanda. She was a great help from the first time I came here in May 2024 until I finally made a purchase in December 2024. The builders did a horrible job in my backyard. It’s so much rock is so lumpy. It is not leveled it needs to be redone because everywhere you walk you going you’re going to dip and it’s so much weed because they use the cheap Bermuda grass however this is a wonderful community.
