Wow... I am shocked and appalled at the level of unprofessionalism at this establishment and also the horrible Yelp reviews. I didn’t even completed the application process, and already had nightmare interactions with staff all the way up the ladder as I attempted to escalate the situation in complete disbelief anyone would run a business this way. Awful customer service and totally unprofessional. Honestly can't believe they write and respond to emails so infrequently and rudely -- especially since it is impossible to get a hold of them over the phone. Hope to never have to interact with them again!
