They are terrible, I called and explained the situation to the girl on the phone and said to go and see the service and she said ok, we charge a fee of $199 and I said okay, on the day of the appointment and Wallace sends a message saying it was $300 an hour ( I said it was just to give the price at work) and in the call the girl didn't explain anything she said it would happen on the day of the appointment and Wallace was super rude to my husband. Nick and TJ had a great attitude of service to fix an issue. Nick came out after hours (their request to get the job completed) and worked through the issue to meet the goals for some other work we were having done. Nick was personable and quality driven. We believe we have found our plumbing service going forward. Well done Wallace Plumbing and Nick, TJ.
Very professional and courteous
Super quick and responsive same day repair and very professional. Nick the plumber was very knowledgeable and was patient in his step by step description! Job was Done very well, neat and completed on time. Tj the owner was also very knowledgeable and helped me understand what the job entailed all around best service would recommend to anyone these guys are the real deal
