I want to say what a great dealership. The worker was all so nice and friendly. But Jamie Wallen was extra super in helping me purchase my Nissan Versa. He went above and beyond . Thank you to Josh Gardner and “Tuna” � for getting me back on the road in a fully loaded Chevy Traverse LTZ yesterday! You guys put up with my questions and lowball offers � until we came to a comfortable and mutual agreement. It was a very smooth experience with no pressure whatsoever. Everyone is so nice and will fix any problem you got!
When you tell one of your sales people that calls you on a Thursday that you'll be down on Saturday to look at a vehicle, there is no need for the same sales person to call on Friday. Guess what we didn't show up on Saturday, and it's highly doubtful we'll ever show up there. I don't care for anything that even resembles pressure sales tactics.
We have purchased several vehicles from Wallace and have always been treated great!! The service dept is the best we have ever dealt with!! They service our whole fleet regardless of the make. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!! Jan,Mike and Josh take great care of us!!
