I had the best experience purchasing my brand-new car from Wallace Nissan of Kingsport TN! The salesman DANE MACK did the dog gone thing! He is by far the BEST salesman that I have ever seen! He wasn't pushy and arrogant. He took the time to listen, ask questions, and focus on my needs! I would not have the car of dreams w/out Mr. Mack! Honestly, I wouldn't even give them 1 star if wasn't required to post. My vehicle was sitting at Wallace Nissan for 3 weeks with nothing, but a diagnostic test completed, the warranty company contacted, and the same repetitive words of "we worked you in," which no work had been done. They would not reimburse me for the rental car, the GM did not return my calls, nor would they provide a loaner knowing that the service to my vehicle would be extensive.
