I had the best experience purchasing my brand-new car from Wallace Nissan of Kingsport TN! The salesman DANE MACK did the dog gone thing! He is by far the BEST salesman that I have ever seen! He wasn't pushy and arrogant. He took the time to listen, ask questions, and focus on my needs! I would not have the car of dreams w/out Mr. Mack! Honestly, I wouldn't even give them 1 star if wasn't required to post. My vehicle was sitting at Wallace Nissan for 3 weeks with nothing, but a diagnostic test completed, the warranty company contacted, and the same repetitive words of "we worked you in," which no work had been done. They would not reimburse me for the rental car, the GM did not return my calls, nor would they provide a loaner knowing that the service to my vehicle would be extensive. Buyer beware company is garbage once you sign on the line. Bought 2021 Rogue brand new 14k on the car needs all new tires dealership and manufacturer offered no help said wear and tear. I have owned 7 brand new vehicles in my life and never had to put new tires all the way around on one with 14k on it. Horrible quality tire and overall service center. Sales people are smooth talkers though make you feel like you will be protected till you ask for assitance.
I recently had some a coolant leak repair done which was supposed be be warranted 12 mo/12 K mile. The repaired problem existed again before the warranty expired, but yet they would not honor the warranty. And the service tech was very rude, basicly told me not to come back.
