As a Mazda owner for the last 12 years Wallace has lost me. Absolutely zero negotiation. Came up with one price and that was final. "Finance" guy got up mid conversation with sales rep and went to appraise another vehicle. Dealership followed up next day via text on experience and asked if I would be returning.
