Dr. Lee, Ashley, and the team (including Joelle) are exceptional healthcare providers who show genuine empathy and compassion for their patients. Having been under their care for over three years, I can confidently say the quality of service is outstanding. These people do not care about chronically ill people. I'm a disabled and homebound person. I can't afford the annual fees, or the fee per prescription, but they happily got me on a controlled medication without telling me about these fees. Now I'm going through withdrawal and horrible pain, and they just keep telling me I need to pay the fees. What horrible empathy. Not even refilling my life saving medication. Dr Lee is the best! Best bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable. Always enjoy my visits here and everyone is always so nice and helpful.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wallace and Dr. Lee since 2015. They have been a great addition to my care that I receive in Hawaii. I see them twice a year and they have been amazing!
Unprofessional staff. Doctors demand an annual fee on top of the visit payment, just to be seen. The lack of follow up and basic empathy made me question their integrity. Run from this practice, even if your doctor refers you to it!
