I had a very negative experience with attorney David Wallace. He was referred to me through the Modest Means program, but immediately tried to charge me a minimum of $4,500 just to handle a restraining order, which seemed far outside the purpose of that program. He claimed this was “reasonable” and tried to deny charging clients in court, showing he has no problem making false claims in front of a judge. David is an excellent lawyer and I highly recommend him to others. He quickly helped us with our court case and he thoroughly prepared our daughter for the very stressful experience. He explained the information and the details to us that we needed to be prepared. Of course he won our case and his expertise made the other lawyer look extremely unprofessional. He continues to answer our questions and guide us through this process. We are very thankful for him.
