If I had only dealt with Bonnie, this would have been a 5 star review. She is thoughtful and great to work with. I eventually got to work with her after being completely screwed over by Taylor. What should have taken 1 week (and ultimately did when Bonnie got involved) took almost 6 months. She lied constantly and has zero follow through skills. She was snarky and miserable to work with.
