Today I called the lab - wanting to speak to Garn Wallace - a chap answered the call - said wait a minute - Garn picked up and we discussed an issue we have with a project - trees not thriving. He's the great sage in the industry - a scientist and a swell human being. Wallace labs is tops in the industry for agricultural suitability / soil testing / for landscape.
We have worked extensively with Garn and his team at Wallace Laboratories at Trilling Landscape Design & Build and they always do a fantastic job for us and our clients! Highly recommend as the industry leader!
Honest and helpful testing lab.
If I had only dealt with Bonnie, this would have been a 5 star review. She is thoughtful and great to work with. I eventually got to work with her after being completely screwed over by Taylor. What should have taken 1 week (and ultimately did when Bonnie got involved) took almost 6 months. She lied constantly and has zero follow through skills. She was snarky and miserable to work with. I am actually surprised she still has a job as checking her email seems to be kryptonite to this pitiful excuse for an employee. Wallace is... read more
