Unfortunately, I had inherited Wallace as my agent after my previous agent retired. Wallace was so neglectful, that he let my policy lapse. Not only did he not notify me that my policy was at risk, he also never told me after I was dropped (I had to find out from the DMV). Then, when I tried to call and reinstate my policy and rectify any issues with my account, he never returned my phone call! Very poor customer service.
