This place is. How it has 4 1/2 star reviews is crazy. The sales guys like anywhere will tell you any dishonest thing they can to put you in a car. Promise you a supplementary wash or wax or anything with your first oil change which never happens. Sell you on insurance to cover wear and tear or any other things on a lease That apparently only comes into effect when you turn it in. on Oct 15,2025 I brought my 2023 Kia Sportage in for oil change and tire rotation. Dropped car off and went to work- I received a call from my service person (Scott) who stated I also needed a wheel alignment. Thought that was odd since the tires were installed by the same dealer pretty recently and I have had no problem with my alignment but I thought they were the professionals and I was busy working so I agreed. My wife and I visited Wallace Kia on Halloween. We had no intention of closing on a deal that evening. However we met Alex, a young Kia salesman who was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. As time went by we met Alex's supervisor, another Alex, who was quite comical but knowledgeable and determined to help us lease a new Kia Soul. We ended up with our Kia Soul. Dealing at Wallace Kia was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. It was a very memorable Halloween...
