Thank you for the service & advice you gave me for my truck. I made it back to Birmingham found the part that was on National back log. It's now on truck. The truck knew I was on way to get the part it did the regin finally & code went away before I got the Bello pipe ( down exhaust tube ). Like to give Wayne a big thank you!!!! Also still apologize for calling you William every time we talked. Thanks Wayne!!!!

I try and be fair, always, but my experience with Wallace International has not gone well. I am not mad, just very disappointed. I took my bus there for an oil change. They said it needed a water pump and carrier bearings. I said fine, fix it. Getting it home it stalled and acted funny. When I got home I found the radiator was VERY low on coolant, and it was throwing coolant related error codes. Dropped a truck off April 29th for an ABS module issue causing an alarm to go off. They replaced a $2700 part 7 months ago causing this problem. Called them on May 6th to find out they have not even looked at the truck yet and got excuses about how they are still looking at trucks that arrived days before ours, but then I see reviews on here about someone dropping off an RV on May 3rd and getting it back on the 6th. Had my tractor towed in on Monday 4/4/22 with a problem and was told they couldn't look at it until Thursday or Friday.so we got our driver another tractor so he can make his DELIVERIES to sc,nc and new York. this was very costly for us based on what they told me.I call on Monday to see how our tractor was doing 4/11/22 was told our tractor was done on Wednesday 4/6/22 and know one let us know it was done. That info would have saved us a lots of money .I'm not happy with their communications with us.

Horrible! Lost a week of productivity. Towed in for a starter after hours on Friday. Provided keys at 8 AM Saturday. They did not look at the truck until Wednesday. Ordered part but didn’t install it Thursday then low and behold “a new issue” is discovered during test drive on FRIDAY. Again order parts, installed on Monday and returned the truck Monday close of business. 9 days for a starter issue. Avoid this dealership if at all possible.
