I communicated with Lindsey Ford and Angela Carrier via the Internet about a Kia Sorento. I made a three hour drive to Bristol on Monday Nov. 7, only to be told that the vehicle had sold. An email from the company would have been nice. In reading reviews, I see that the same thing happened to Aaron Smith. Aaron was then told that when someone is looking at a vehicle it is taken off the lot so it is not sold and that there had been a "break down" in communication. Seems that "break down" happens often!
