Incredible dealer. Repaired my doorstep under 2 recalls when it went into limp mode. No upselling. No bill. Very communicative. Updated me on progress. I’m beyond impressed.

This was my first experience shopping at Wallace. I purchased a 2022 VW Atlas. The salesman Dennis Foster was so helpful! He communicated throughout the entire buying process and the ease of financing through them was seamless! We would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a nice, clean used car! The pricing was great and we got the most bang for our buck here. We will absolutely look here first when car shopping again!
I would like to highlight Nate Brown. He’s an excellent and intelligent young guy. Who’s very driven at what he does, and is patient with his customers. The service he provides is 10/10. Would recommend to go see him if you’re wanting to buy a car through Wallace in Bristol!!
