The maintenance team is absolutely the best! They are kind and efficient
Still waiting for my deposit back after 3 months we moved out.
It’s been second year since we rent with Broadstreet. Actually we like everything in our Wallace Heights apartment.Building is always clean and neat. Friendly staff who always try to help and support. Technical support is available 24/7.They also have a dog run and a large parking area. Building is well maintained. If you’re looking for a place to rent and you wonna call it a home, Wallace Heights is the right choice! Highly recommend! Also thanks all the staff for doing amazing job!
Wish I could give this place zero stars. Worst place I've ever lived at. When I was living there I had people above me partying all hours of the night, spilling alcohol on my balcony, puking on my balcony from there's and also pissing off the balcony having it go all over my balcony and when I brought it to the site manager nothing got done about it wven though I talked to the rental board and they said it should have been an immediate eviction but they got to stay there another 7months.
