Purchased my GV80 Prestidge off the showroom floor, had 48 miles on it in Nov. 2024. When I took the vehicle in for the first oil change I was handed a bill for just under $100. I told the Service department that I get 3 years of oil changes and tire rotations for free. They responded that is only for new vehicles...I said mine is a new vehicle.
