Dr Wallace is kind and caring. He always answers every question thoroughly. He has coordinated and kept up on a lengthy cancer battle. I would recommend Dr Wallace to anyone who wants personalized care
Dr. Wallace is so sweet!! His front office staff was so helpful. I was struggling to understand some insurance issues and the girl, Jessica, checking me in patiently walked me through it without making me feel stupid. His nurse Angie was so kind and even made me laugh as she was rooming me (I get very nervous in those kinds of environments). Dr Wallace sat and listened and had very knowledgeable insights. I have been seeing Dr.Wallace for a few years and have always found him to be very through and patient.
I have been going to Dr. Wallace for several years. He is always very kind and is genuinely concerned about his patients. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and he was very quick to get back to me with all my questions. He was the one who called me to tell me that I had Breast cancer. He was so kind and compassionate. He has the sweetest nurse Angie, who always calls me back quickly and is so nice. I highly recommend Dr. Wallace. Very nice staff!!
Never on time, rude staff.
I recently called to make a appointment with Dr Wallace, as my husband goes to see him thought it would be a great choice, but they denied me because of my age. I do not recommend going to see him after the girl who took the phone call told me this. I could not believe this.
Beware!!!! Made an appointment a head of time so I wouldn't have along time to wait and ended up waiting over an hour to be seen by Dr Wallace. I ended up being diagnosed with a sinus infection and prescribed some amoxicillin that didn't work and ended up going to another physician because the service was so bad there at Mesa Family Physicians. To add insult to injury a couple months went by and I received a $412.00 charge for a that visit consisting of a simple sinus infection.
