Went here to get a newer vehicle made an appointment and met Donny Sat morning. Very pleasant gentlemen picked a car out he said we should have no problems.(we even had our own lender) Monday came no communication yet had to text him to see hows it going he replied working on it. Then on Tuesday he messaged me about one of his lenders and then nothing for 5 days. So i went to another dealer and found a vehicle in one day.
I purchased a nissan murano from here the end of September and I absolutely love it!! Stuff happens and well Saturday the Alternator decided to go out in it. Not sure of what i needed to do with warranty and what not and beings i was in butler, I called the cell phone number listed on the business card I was given, His wife answered and WITHIN LESS THEN 20 MINUTES Donny was at my location and not only did he get my car. Purchasing process was easy and quick. HOWEVER, after buying my outlander on August 11, 2025, I had issues with it. On August 13, I took it back to Donnie for the engine light. He had his mechanic sand around the filling neck because it had rust. When his mechanic reset the engine light, he said it had been about 300 miles since it had been RESET.
