These people are awful! I’ve never heard of the stuff they pull. First the woman that takes phone calls has the unhappiness tone. She sounds miserable! I got in a car accident and they refuse to give me care unless I have an attorney or use theirs. This is unprofessional and probably not legal. I am just floored by the interactions out of this office.
