Since the posting of review I was contacted by the service manager. UPDATE ON MY EARLIER REVIEW......I received a call from the service manager. I explained my side of the story, he listened and understood my concerns. After all was said and done he did set up an appointment for me to bring in my car and have the new radio installed. He also informed me that If I didn't want to wait they had a courtesy car that would bring me home so I wouldn't have to wait there for the 2 hrs. I took my car in as my android auto was acting up. Was informed I needed a new radio, it would take a few days to come in. A week later I call the parts dept and was informed the radio had been there for a few days. I was wondering why the "service advisor" Don didn't contact me to make an appointment to have it installed, so i asked to speak to the service manager. 15 min later i got a call from Don to set up the appointment.
