UPDATE: I am writing to recognize the exceptional service I recently received from Paul Cory (Service Associate) and Sandra Hartlin (Service Coordinator). Phoned the parts department last week left a message with receptionist looking for control arms. Gave last 8 of the vin, and phone number no one got back to me!! Then phoned again today and actually got through. The guy was very rude. $225 quoted for one control arm, and $275 for the other one. When I asked it this is the best they can do “yup that’s what they cost”!! Rip Off! Then I ask for part number for the quick struts. We don’t give out part numbers really?? That’s awful rude!
