Great service! Restored old carpets by shampooing. The technician came in and didn’t even try and upsell, but gave a professional opinion about the state of couch and offered the shampoo over only steaming. Friendly and fast too!

Fantastic job! What sold me on Wallace Carpet Cleaning Services was after getting my quote he actually gave me the name of other carpet cleaners in the area and said he believed they could also do a very good job if I wanted to shop around. Very genuine good person and my carpets look fantastic!
Alfred called to let me know he had finished his job before ours and could arrive early if we wanted. We even had him put down carpet protection which will help with spills not seeping into the carpet. Very professional as well as personable. 5 stars all the way.
