Let me began on a positive note by commending store workers and labor workers on their friendliness. However the flooring laid began buckling up and cracking after 6 months and within the year began breaking apart. I contacted them twice to have them come look at my floor. I also had two other floor layers to come inspect my floor as well. Wallace Flooring had multiple excuses that didn’t make sense as to why my floor did this. Went in and picked out several carpet samples but there were no prices. Tony said that he had to call to get prices and he would call me or my husband with the prices. Went in on Friday and on Tuesday still hadn’t heard anything….guess they don’t need my business. Read the reviews and I think I was saved from a nightmare!
