Britney in service is the best service associate ive ever encountered.
We believe we were double charged for installing an $85 suspension part. We were charged $323 first visit to diagnose which included $215 fee plus $85 for part. The diagnostic fee was getting applied to install fee on second visit. Second visit another $228 fee charged. Huge labor & diagnostic fee I feel never credited. We bought our Cadillac a few hours after it was released to the lease program. GM made it tough to full fill their requirements to get this vehicle. Chris Fennell and the team helped us immensely to get the car we wanted. Thank you.
If you have a choice, do not get a vehicle or service your vehicle at this Cadillac. I've had two different interactions with this location. Both turned out horrible. For My 1st interaction which was over a year ago I was with a friend who was purchasing a brand new car. We went together and she was treated like an idiot women. They wouldnt answer questions she was asking and did nothing to try to get the sale. We ended up leaving and purchasing at another Cadillac. Their loss.
