I bought 14 concrete bump stops. Went to return 5 of them that were on the bottom and cracked and they said they were not cracked when they loaded them on my truck. But they loaded the pallet without even hand stacking them to even check the bottom layer. I will never do business with this company again. Lady flat out lied to me and said they checked them then turned around and asked if I checked them before they loaded them.
