Great experience yesterday at Wallace Bishop Helensvale...I needed my watch band repaired the 2 staff members could not have been more helpful spent the time searching for the correct pins and replaced them. When I asked what the charge would be i was presently surprised when there was no charge....this great service is sometimes missing in the world we live in....thank you to the 2 girls at Helensvale Wallace Bishop.

Shonky is the word for this store and it's team! They won't honour quotes given. Staff expertise don't align from one person to the next. One staff assures this gold chain is the best quality, the next staff member assures me that same one is the worst quality. I won't be back!
