Very rude shop assistant was not interested in helping me with a jewellery repair. Then quoted me a ridiculous price to replace part of the item when it just needed fixing. Would never go back. Your response is terrible it was "my impression" and "my understanding of price for repair". Well if that's they case your staff aren't doing their job which is to communicate with customers in a friendly manner. Shop assistant attitude was not pleasant in anyway.
Extremely rude young girl that decided it was appropriate to walk out with her mouth full of food to serve us and proceed to talk to us with her mouth full. She then asked to see my ID if I wanted her to take any jewellery out to show us. After years of shopping in this place we will never go back. It takes 1 employee to ruin a reputation for a business and this piece of work is a great example of that.
