I have been seeing Dr. Wallace for over 12 years. He is polite and direct. He is knowledgeable and willing to take a minute to explain his logic about your treatments. A big plus is that it does not take days to get an appointment. There are not many like him these days. If you need a rational primary care doctor, he is your guy. Frankly I am tired of doctors with personal agendas that want to push their opinions on you. He has earned my trust and I appreciate him.
Have been going to Dr. Wallace for over 20+ years. Always very helpful and explains everything in terms you can understand. Staff is great as well.
HORRIBLE DOCTOR SCREAMING AT STAFF - INTERESTED IN MONEY ONLY. WOULD NOT GO TO SOMEONE WHO SCREAMS AT STAFF THREE TIME IN ONE HOUR. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR
Dr. Wallace took his time with me and explained treatment in detail. He even gave me his personal cell phone # to call him in the evening to let him know how I was doing. His office staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I did not have an appointment and I was able to see the Dr. within 10 minutes. Did not feel rushed. The receptionist knowing I didn't have insurance was able to find the cheapest price for my prescriptions given, even directed to a pharmacy for free medication.
The most knowledgeable and considerate physician bar none. Readily available to discuss patient treatments options and life style corrections . Personalable, speaks english not medical goo goo so patient understands ailment and treatment .
