Wallace towing and transmission have always been just that phone call to make. Professional at its best. Anytime I or my family have called, Mr Wallace was right there. Professionalism at its best.
Wallace was quick and transparent throughout the repair process. The price was competitive and the quality of work was exceptional. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Very disappointed with business ethics! My brother was in a life-threatening motorcycle crash the week of Christmas and Wallace Towing picked up the bike on Dec 22. We attempted to pick up the bike the next day on Dec 23 but they were closed Dec 23-26th. Now, the first day open since the crash, we are being charged every day he has been closed for Christmas vacation.
