I called this office and spoke at length with Mei Wallace the co-owner, about my tax situation and I told her I was going to bring the documents she needed at our meeting. I was unable to schedule an appointment because my husband had recent eye surgery and could not leave the house. I then called back the next week and tried to book an appointment and she would not even speak to me even though I had told her I had an urgent tax situation.
