**AVOID AT ALL COST** Going into our 2nd week from date appraisal was due in and Cynthia has gone MIA......ZERO responses to calls to cell, office, texts and emails. Borrower just cancelled transaction, ughhh

Missed 3 appointment days and then showed up out of the blue one day and nobody knew she had even been here. It took her 2 weeks to do the appraisal and it then took her another 6 days or so to get the report to the lender. She never returned calls or emails to her supervisor for our lender. Her lack of professionalism put us 2 weeks behind on closing and we had to ask for an extension. Not very professional. Showed up 2 hours late. Report has yet to be provided. If this is who your buyers are using do not use this company. Very poor communication does not return any of my calls. Ignoring lenders calls. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism this company has shown. BBB will be my next complaint as well as every AMC company ..
