Bottom line is Matthew did the "impossible" and sold our home in an almost non-existent market for high-end homes. Over the past 25 years, we've brought and sold many houses due to corporate relocation and despite that all agents tell you that they are working for you, I have yet to work with one who didn't put their own interest ahead of yours....that is until Matthew came along.
