Food was just down right lousy brisket was bland no smoke flavor ribs were baked not even smoke and a piece of the tri tip was completely raw which if I get sick I'm suing i didn't realize til after I ate a piece. Should just shut down and take the L.
We had the smoked chicken, hand pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, and Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious!
I have been going to Wallaby’s for years, and am always happy with the way the food tastes and the quantity and quality. My favorites are the pulled pork, tri-tip and of course the loaded smashers! Give it a try, and enjoy this local gem. To-go orders are also prompt and delicious.
