Templin is great. So sad she’s leaving. The clinic itself is a train wreck.
I have ADHD and have been taking meds for over 10 years for it. I moved up here from Texas and my new doctor, Kate Hogan, takes care of me. Kate Hogan is an amazing doctor, listens to what I have to say and takes care of me accordingly. However, we sometimes have issues getting my medication, my biggest issue, is when it comes time to get my prescription refilled. Emily Castillo has been outstanding in assisting me with my Type 1 Diabetes management for more than a decade. My A1C is excellent and I have had diabetes for 55 years.In that time there have been no caregivers as excellent as Emily and her team. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone, and have done so many times. If there were more stars to give. EMILY would deserve them all.
Their behavioral health department lost the one provider that was any good. Their communication is awful. They attempt to blame the patient for their ignorance and lack of forethought. I was told I was only thinking of myself when I got upset they didn't reach out to reschedule patients or even inform patients that had to call to reschedule.
