I have recently moved to America. I found a medical provider and did a routine check up. After 10 months of erroneous billings the clinic finally accepted responsibility for the many billing (coding) errors. I was sent in for a routine colonoscopy that is covered by my insurance but am now billed for a diagnostic colonoscopy that is not covered. At no time was it made clear that I had passed from one to the other. Two first experiences with WW Clinic leaves me reticent for a third.
WW clinic is completely worthless. My knee had been hurting so bad for couple of years I couldn't go up and down stairs, and sometimes could barely walk. First appointment at walk in clinic: I mention to the doctor , "I think it's possible I may have arthritis. " He starts scolding me, "there's more than 1 type of arthritis. There's psoriatic arthritis, osteo arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc". I never said that there's only 1 type. I never said that I had a specific type of arthritis.
