Dropped my rolex watch off for repairs on August 21, 2018. By the end of November I still had heard nothing so I went in...still waiting on parts he said. Stopped in numerous more times after that and same excuse...still waiting on parts. By Jan 16, 2019 I still did not have my watch back...he refused to give it back to me saying it was in the safe and he didn't have the combination.
