They said they would give us a bid on three different occasions... never received one. Spoke with Wall to Wall three separate times requesting a quote to paint the exterior of our apartment buildings. We were told someone would look at our buildings and then send us a bid. We never heard from them again. Rather disappointing as he sounded very responsive on the phone.
