Our realtor recommended this guy, and I’m glad he did. We got the basic inspection, and the report he produced was really detailed with lots of pictures. You can tell he knows his stuff. I felt informed heading into the remedy process. If this property falls through, I’m calling him for the next one for sure. Also price was low, maybe should have led with that.

My home was not inspected effectively, there were multiple broken shingles which was identified by siding repair guys, there were some incomplete work items which should have identified. Not clear explanation on the inspection, I should have gone with better home inspection company.
